Christine is a workplace training specialist and human resource development professional, with over 18 years human resource development and training experience in Papua New Guinea.
She has substantial experience in developing and implementing capacity building plans; including training and needs analysis, HRD plan compilation and mentoring and coaching. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (UPNG), an MBA (Waikato Uni New Zealand), Diploma in Front Line Management (RMIT) and Certificate IV (TAA). Christine was the coordinator for the AusAID funded Careers in Development Project in PNG, a 12 month program which ended at the end of December 2010. She is actively involved in a number of community organisations including The Voice Inc where she is a Board member and Vice Chair. She believes that all educated Papua New Guineans have a responsibility to share their education and experience, not only at business level but also with friends, relative and wantoks.
